For 2026 it was agreed to run Junior Competitions with 3 Divisions

This will be Division 1 limited to 12 Playing Handicap, Division to 13 to 21, and Division 3 will be 22 and above.

Division 1 will play from the White Tee's for Boys, and Black Tee's for Girls, Division 2 will play Yellow Tee's for Boys, and Red Tee's for Girls, Division 3 will all play from Red Tee's.

Only players from Division 1 can win the Trophy, but there will be voucher prizes per divisions, which will dependant on the number of entries in each division.

In addition there will also a Junior Order of Merit for 2026, this will be done via gross points or gross score in the Gothard. Points will be awarded to the top 5 in each event, 5pts for 1st, 4pts for 2nd, 3pts for 3rd, 2pts for 4th & 1pt for 5th.
